Dec 17 (Reuters) - Nordicom A/S NRDC.CO :
* Said on Wednesday the company's banking agreement is expected to be replaced by bilateral
loan agreements in 2016
* Said some of the company's major financial creditors had decided to withdraw from the
company's existing banking agreement, which expires at the end of 2015, and that is why the
company aims to replace it with bilateral agreements with the company's lenders
* The banking agreement includes today financial debt of about 1.8 billion Danish crowns
($262.06 million), corresponding to 78 pct of the company's finacial debt
* Intends to get affirmation from the creditors, which have participated in the banking
agreement or bilateral agreements on new terms
* At present, the company is not able not assess whether it will manage to achieve the
intended confirmations and to implement a financial restructuring
